The price includes bed linen, towels and VAT. There is a reduction in the price of fishing for residents.
(Peak season from end of May to end of August) Lodges will be let from 4 pm on Saturday and will be vacated at 10 am at the end of hire period.
All lodges are checked and cleaned thoroughly between lets and it would be appreciated if they were left in a clean and tidy condition.
CONDITIONS OF LET
- The tenant will not sub let the chalet.
- The tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair and or replacement of any breakages or damage to the property. Any complaints should be made to reception where they will receive prompt attention.
- The proprietors accept no responsibility for the accident or injury to, illness of guests or any other persons whilst on the site, neither do they accept responsibility for any loss or damage to guests or other persons property, including vehicles whilst on site.
- The booking is made on the understanding that the holiday home will be placed at your disposal on the date booked. Should this not be possible through circumstances not under the control of the owner (e.g. fire, theft or damage etc) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative holiday home, in which case the booking deposit and any pre-paid hired charges will be returned to the hirer in full, but the hirer will have no further claim against the owner or the agent.
- In the interests of continued improvement, the owners reserve the right to alter or delete amenities or facilities or ant part of the programme of activities either advertised or previously available without prior notice.
- If the accommodation has not been taken up 1400hrs of the day following the arrival date booked, the proprietors assume the right to re-let the accommodation, unless other arrangements have been made, and confirmed.
- The allocation of any particular lodge cannot be guaranteed.
- MINORS - Booking from persons under the age of 18 cannot normally be accepted.
