Our Lodges.

At Forbes of Kingennie Lodges we have a delightful and peaceful mix of rural woodland and waterside settings.

Bards Neuk.

Situated in a quiet corner of our small wooded development, Bards Neuk has been designed and furnished to an extremely high standard.

The Boat House.

Charming, romantic and lavishly furnished this idyllic waterside hideaway offers a high standard of accommodation.

Kingennie Court.

These 2 superior lodges both sleep up to 10 people each. The living space is large, comfortable and enjoys gorgeous views.

Woodland lodges - Glen esk

The Glen Esk Lodge is centrally heated and has a private parking space. Sleeps a maximum of Four. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and highchair are available upon request. Pets welcome.

Twin bedded bedroom.
Master bedroom with balcony.
Bathroom with power shower.
Entrance hall with open plan stairs leading to first floor.

The master bedroom on the ground floor has french windows opening onto a balcony overlooking the Island fishing pool. This is where we stock our specimen fish and visitors can watch the water for leaping trout as they feed in the evenings.

First Floor

Open plan lounge with colour TV and balcony.
Fully fitted kitchen with seated dining area.
Views over the Specimen fishing pool.

The first floor of Glen Esk Lodge is comprised of an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, crockery and appliances - including dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer.
