Welcome to the Leannan Boathouse exclusive to Forbes of Kingennie Woodland Lodges.

Charming, romantic and lavishly furnished this idyllic waterside hideaway offers a high standard of accommodation for the ultimate in relaxation. The former boathouse built in 1855 has been restored to provide the perfect luxury retreat and is particularly suitable for honeymoons and special occasions.

Sitting in a beautiful spot on the water’s edge, balconies off the Boathouse's lounge and master bedroom offer beautiful views over the mature woodland and fishing ponds – the perfect spot for a romantic meal.

Inside, the traditional merges harmoniously with the contemporary, with the lounge featuring stone-clad walls as well as a plasma screen digital TV, DVD library available from reception and top of the range stereo. The master bedroom features a specially designed bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
