At Forbes of Kingennie Woodland Lodges we have a delightful and peaceful rural woodland setting.

Bards Neuk.

Situated in a quiet corner of our small wooded development, Bards Neuk has been designed and furnished to an extremely high standard.

The Boat House.

Charming, romantic and lavishly furnished this idyllic waterside hideaway offers a high standard of accommodation.

Kingennie Court.

These 2 superior lodges both sleep up to 10 people each. The living space is large, comfortable and enjoys gorgeous views.

cleaning & servicing

All lodges are professionally cleaned thoroughly between lets and are continuously maintained to the highest standards as you would expect. In order not to intrude and let you enjoy the privacy and tranquility of your stay, we do not service the lodges during your stay.

However our reception is always on hand for you to report any problems or extra comforts you may require during your stay as it is important that we know these to maximize guest satisfaction, comfort and welfare, and to assist with our maintenance programme.

We would respectfully ask that all lodge tenants ensure that they endeavour to keep the lodges in pristine condition during their stay and on departure ensure that as far as possible they are in as near as possible the clean and tidy condition they were in when you arrived!
